‘Rowdy’ Roddy Piper was the special guest at Maryland Championship Wrestling’s Shane Shamrock Memorial Cup 15 where he took part in his final Piper’s Pit segment. Sadly, he passed away 2 weeks later on July 31, 2015.
It was a true honor to see the man in person. It struck me how appreciative and loving he was toward the crowd. He was all smiles and kept telling everyone how much he loved them. Rest in Power Hot Rod.
